Your new role

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site operations of construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders
• Support project closeout and punch list activities
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a supervisory or field leadership role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to lead teams and resolve issues proactively
