We are a great company. **Construction Manager III - Night Shift** **Position Summary:** Seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee night shift activities for complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on compliance, coordination, and safety during active construction in high-traffic public areas. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage nightly construction operations across terminal, landside, and airside areas. + Lead nightly and morning coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. + Conduct site inspections to verify ASR (Area Shutdown Request) compliance, safety measures, signage, and proper barricading. + Ensure accurate documentation is present at each site, including current ASRs and vehicle credentials. + Coordinate with operations, safety, and law enforcement to resolve issues promptly. + Document work through detailed nightly reports with photos and site observations. + Track all active projects and ensure minimal disruption to operations and the public. + Identify and report deficiencies, working with teams to implement corrections. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine procedures. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in airports or similarly complex environments. + Minimum of 3 years in airport settings or 5 years in other critical facilities. + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. + Ability to manage high-pressure situations, prioritize effectively, and work flexible hours. **Compensation:** $130k-$150k The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law.
