Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Cotswold in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their newborn twin sons. The nanny would typically be needed Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (30 hours).
The best nanny for this family would be nurturing, responsible, kind, and have experience caring for newborns. Previous nursing experience would be a plus, but is not required. This role will focus primarily on feeding and monitoring the twins throughout the day, as well as assisting a stay-at-home mom with child-related household tasks. Each day, the nanny should engage the children in activities, such as tummy time, singing, reading, playing with age-appropriate toys, and going on strolls in the neighborhood. The nanny should have a “divide and conquer” approach with the mom, provide support with sleep training, and, as the children grow, plan age-appropriate outings to encourage their development and exploration.
