We are hiring a General Manager with hands-on experience managing Field Service/Install and Operations teams in Southern CA. Branch locations include Irvine, Valencia and San Diego.

Our expertise is servicing and installing Residential Equipment – stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, wheelchair lifts, ceiling lifts, grab bars and poles, handrails and home modifications for the mobility compromised.

We are searching for a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Operations Professional with experience leading and managing field service and internal operations employees to positively influence customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Success will be achieved by the overall efficiency for each location including:

• new equipment installations
• inventory management
• service and customer response time
• vendor management
• fleet management
• Financial Management

Your experience and demonstrated success includes:

• Multi-site Management - learning and capitalizing on location success(es), while achieving SMART objectives.
• People Management - hiring, managing, and developing your team in a proactive and professional manner.
• Financial Management - proven experience managing a budget, making data driven decisions, and communicating trends, interpreting monthly reports.

Experience Required

- B2C (Business-to-Consumer) products experience in a multi-site or regional Operations Manager or General Manager role, in construction, home improvement, or residential equipment/products.

- Leadership of field service and operations teams, ensuring processes are followed, KPIs are met, and company goals and initiatives are communicated clearly, with accountability for achievement of objectives.

- Planning experience utilizing software tools and dashboards to ensure locations have the equipment, parts and materials on hand for each job, as scheduled.

- Expertise in asset management including inventory management, vendor/supplier relations and fleet maintenance.

- Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss effectively, supporting revenue growth and profitability for new installations, service calls, and maintenance of installed products.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
