Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time, dynamic, and highly organized Professional Skincare Educator who will serve as the go-to authority on skincare ingredients, corrective treatments, and advanced spa techniques. This role demands more than basic product knowledge—you must bring non-negotiable expertise in ingredient science, skin physiology, and how to effectively address a wide range of skin types and conditions.

As the trusted resource for our spa partners , you will guide licensed estheticians, spa owners, and professionals in selecting the right products, understanding ingredient performance, and designing corrective treatments that deliver real results. You are not only an educator—you are the expert our partners depend on to help their clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

The successful candidate will be an inspiring, confident, and engaging presenter with the ability to break down complex science into actionable insights. You will empower professionals with advanced education that blends holistic artistry, ingredient intelligence, and clinical precision.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Education

• Deliver high-level in-person, virtual, and on-camera training exclusively for licensed estheticians and spa professionals.
• Teach with authority and enthusiasm, ensuring sessions are both captivating and deeply rooted in science.
• Provide in-depth education on ingredient functionality, product mechanisms, and treatment strategies for all skin concerns - including acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, and compromised barriers.
• Be the primary resource spa partners turn to for expert guidance on corrective skincare approaches.
• Lead trainings at esthetic trade shows and industry events, positioning Green Envee as a standard-bearer in professional education.
• Train internal sales teams so they can confidently speak to ingredients, protocols, and treatment outcomes.

Protocol Development & Advanced Methods

• Partner with Education and R&D teams to develop cutting-edge, results-driven treatment protocols rooted in advanced ingredient technology and holistic practices.
• Ensure protocols directly address client skin conditions, delivering measurable improvements.
• Translate technical knowledge into clear, professional training tools in collaboration with the Creative Department.

Content Creation for Professional Platforms

• Develop authoritative, engaging education for Green Envee University and other professional platforms.
• Represent the brand on-camera as a recognized expert in skincare science and corrective treatments.

Business Growth Through Education

• Train spa professionals on how to position treatments as solutions to skin concerns , elevating both client satisfaction and business success.
• Build excitement around new product launches by providing science-backed education that drives adoption and results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Licensed esthetician (or equivalent) in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in professional spa/skincare; prior educator/trainer experience strongly preferred.
• Ingredient Mastery: Non-negotiable expertise in skincare ingredients, ingredient performance, and skin physiology. Must be able to confidently discuss how ingredients interact with specific skin types and conditions.
• Corrective Expertise: Proven ability to recommend and design treatment solutions for acne, aging, pigmentation, sensitivity, and compromised skin.
• Hands-On Skills: Skilled in advanced facial massage and holistic modalities, with the ability to demonstrate and teach.
• Presentation Skills: Charismatic speaker and on-camera educator with the confidence to command attention and deliver complex information clearly.
• Organization & Execution: Ability to structure impactful, professional trainings with precision.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally to develop professional, on-brand content.
• Travel: Willing to travel regionally and nationally for events, trainings, and account support.
