Job Description

We’re looking for a Merchandise Sample Admin to join a fast-paced team in the apparel industry. This is a full-time, onsite role for approximately 3 months with a pay rate of $19.72/hour .

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing merchandise samples across multiple categories, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure samples are tracked, organized, and distributed throughout the product life cycle. The role requires being on your feet 70–90% of the time depending on Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, organize, and distribute incoming/outgoing merchandise samples
• Track sample status in real-time and maintain internal tracking systems
• Conduct monthly inventory and organization of sample closets, purging as needed
• Assist with studio operations counts and sample handovers according to assigned calendars and tag colors
• Act as a liaison between internal and external partners regarding sample status
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, and PR teams

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
